880bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 880bd platform — including browsing the website at 880bd.ws, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and all other regions of Bangladesh are treated equally with respect to promotion eligibility.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

880bd is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings:

• Opening or operating more than one 880bd account, whether under the same identity or using different personal details.

880bd's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 880bd account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

880bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct outlined in Section 6.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time when requested by 880bd.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Where an account is closed by 880bd due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding breach, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Privacy
